Operation Christmas Child – Fill a Shoebox with love.
Thanks for participating in our Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Collection! Shoeboxes are due back this Sunday. Come along between 10am-midday to our Fair Trade Market and drop your shoe box in then. Or come join us for our 5pm Church service to drop it off.
To request a shoe box delivered to your house (Wilton only), please fill out the form below (form closes midnight on Friday 27th October 2017). We’ll deliver the box and instructions to your doorstep sometime in the following week. Filled shoe boxes are due back at Wilton Anglican Church by Sunday 5th November at the latest. More details below…
Thankyou to everyone for participating in the Operation Christmas Child Shoe Box Appeal. Last year we distributed around 100 shoeboxes – lets see if we can beat that this year. We look forward to our Collection and Celebration Service, and we’ll let you know how many shoeboxes we end up sending through Samaritan’s Purse.
Samaritans purse is a global Christian Welfare organisation and the Operation Christmas Child project delivers a Christmas gift (your shoebox) along with the good news of Christmas to children in need around the globe.
Each shoebox requires $9 to cover freight and the other costs of the project. You can donate this money online and then print out the label generated in order to track your shoebox on the way to its destination .
We’d love you to bring your shoebox and join us for a collection and celebration service at 5pm on 5th November, but you’re also welcome just to leave your filled shoebox on the verandah of the Church at any time before 5th November.
Form closed – no more Shoebox requests please.
