Message to Parent/Caregiver
Hi there. You’re reading this because your special little someone did something that they shouldn’t have at WAY. That’s a bummer. A repeated pattern of disrespectful, disobedient, and/or unacceptable behaviour is something we think you should be aware of, and we’d like to team up with you to help change things.
Please be aware, this is not about punishment and your little cherub is not being “dobbed on” – instead we would like this to be a positive step in working together.
Please familiarise yourself with the WAY discipline plan below, and take some time to discuss with your darling child what went wrong and why.
Thanks very much – and be assured – we love having your high-schooler with us! No hard feelings. And thank you for understanding our limitations. We appreciate your partnership with us to make WAY an awesome place for everyone to be.
While there is absolutely no expectation for you to contact us – should you want to discuss further, please contact Scott on 0466 823 883.
